THE PURPOSE OF THIS SERVICE

3P check is a procedure we use to verify the name, registered address, and date of birth information of the investigated person (hereafter referred to as the SUBJECT). The verification is usually done through the database of records of registered residents of a particular city or region.

The 3P check cannot be used to compare or confirm photos!  Photo confirmation is a separate service

 

 

COSTS AND CONDITIONS

This service costs $85 when performed in Russia. This service costs $90 when performed in Ukraine

The price is for research of one person in one region of Russia or Ukraine.

Most results are available the within 2-4 days. More time may be needed if the investigators are temporarily away from their office (perhaps on an assignment or due to illness). Once the investigators submit the results to us, we will translate the information into English and email it to you.

If you have ordered an 3P check and have not received a report after 4 business day, please contact us by email or phone (+1 469 371 4961).

Cancellations and Refunds:

You can get a refund of your payment if you ordered the service but the results have not been submitted to you yet.

Once the results are submitted to you, the only reason you can request a refund would be if additional verification demonstrates that the 3P check results were incorrect.

 

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO

Before you place your order, you will need to make sure that you have the 3 pieces of information that will be needed for the verification.

• Last name and first name 

• Date of birth (or year of birth)

• City of residence

For the check, we do not need photos.

If you do not know the SUBJECT”s last name or his/her city of residence, we can not perform a 3P check.

To place an order, you will need to fill out an order form and to make a payment.

 

HOW THE RESEARCH WILL BE PERFORMED

Once your payment is received, we will contact private investigators in Russia / Ukraine and forward the information about your order to them.

3P Checks are performed by investigators who have access to certain specialized databases. These databases contain listings of all registered residents of a particular region within the country.

To perform the research, the investigators will search for a specific combination of the Subject’s name and date of birth

(for example, “Olga Ivanova January 29, 1983″).

They can also search for a name without the date of birth

(for example,  “Olga Ivanova”). 

They can also search for a partial name

(for example, “Olga Ivan….” or “O… Ivanova”).

The date of birth helps to narrow the search in case there are more than one Olgas Ivanova registered in that city or region.

The database will provide listings of registered residents with the matching data. Each listing will include full name, date of birth and a registered address of a particular person. Any phone numbers associated with that residence will also be listed.

If the database is able to find a match to the Subject’s information, a result will be produced. The result will have the subject’s official date of birth and registered address.

If the database is not able to locate any matching records, no results will be displayed. The lack of a matching result means that that Subject is not among the registered city residents of that particular region of the country.

Once the investigators inform us about the outcome of their research, they will send us a report. We will translate the report and forward it to you by email.

When is a 3P check recommended?

• If you never met the SUBJECT in person

• If you would like to make sure that the SUBJECT is the real person (not a fictitious character)

• If your would like to verify the SUBJECT‘s city of residence

• If your would like to verify the SUBJECT‘s date of birth

• If you would like to verify the SUBJECT’s registered address

• If you plan to perform Marriage/Children, Employment, or Criminal Records checks in the future

A 3P check is recommended any time when there is no official record of the date of birth and registered address information available for the investigators to refer to in their research. Unless the investigators themselves verify that information, they have to totally rely on the information that the client provides, and that can create problems. Not all the information the clients provides us with is 100% error-proof. Typing error cause alot of problems, as well as bad handwriting, intentional distortions of information, or foggy recollections. If the information we base our research on is not accurate, the results of the research itself is potentially false. That is why we always recommend doing a 3P check before performing any of more advanced research services. The 3P check effectively serves as an insurance against such errors.

 

 

When a 3P check is not necessary?

If the SUBJECT in question is you spouse or ex-spouse and you have his or her full name (in Russian/Ukrainian), date of birth, and last registered address on a document of some kind.
 

Can the Subject find out that he/she are being checked?

3P checks are 100% safe. The person who is being checked has no way to find out about the research.

 

 

How accurate are 3P checks?

Neither Russian Detective nor the local investigators have any control over the content of the databases. The information obtained through the databases as provided on “as is” basis. However, from our experience working with the databases, we can estimate that in approximately 96-98% of the cases we handled so far, the databases provided data of the highest accuracy. But please note that the databases are renewed only once a year or so. So, most recent official data may not be available through the databases. in most cases, this does not have any bearing on the results of the check, since in Russia and Ukraine people do not change their registered address more than once of twice in decade at the most. Majority of the people have the same registered address for decades.

 

 

Will I get any official document confirming the results of the check?

No. The database provides information in text format, which the investigators can save and forward to us. There are no “documents” to be provided.
 

How can I verify the results of a 3P check?

If a phone number is provided with the results, you can try calling that phone number to see if you can reach the person you were searching for.

You could send a letter, a telegram, or flowers to the address provided.

You could order an Address Verification service for an additional fee (the fee will depend on the SUBJECT‘s location in the country).

You can contact a different investigative company and ask them to check the same data. If the results match, then you can be reasonably assured that you were provided the most accurate data that the investigators can access via a database.
