She gave her address as Gabisheva Street, House 15, Apartment 3, Kazan, Russia. Operating under the name "Tania" (taniacool_1979@mail.ru) she contacted me via the Dating XP service. After about three months of communication, she convinced me to send her $500 for her to obtain a passport and visa, and to pay for her fares to Moscow to obtain these. According to Western Union, on March 28 she obtained the money transfer from a bank in Yoshkar Ola, Russia. Something made me suspicious and I began checking the Dating EP website. I found "Tania" and her photograph operating under the different name -- "Larrisa" -- with different personal details. This woman, or man, has refused to return my money. I am not going to waste more money trying to get it back but I am happy to authorize you to take action and keep whatever money you can get from "her". I have made a complaint to the website and to Western Union. Also, I will file a formal complaint with the FBI and the Russian Embassy. I was given birth, and I live in fine Russian city of Kazan.
Kazan it - one of the most beautiful cities of Russia.
It is located on distance of 797 kms to the east from Moscow.
In our city live about 1100 thousand persons.
Our city very clean and convenient. In comparison with Moscow it not so big.
Kazan - ancient city with fine architectural constructions.
Not simply separate monuments, and the whole streets store memory of a 1000-years history of city Kazan.
In Kazan many known writers such as A.S.Pushkin,L.N Tolstoy, M.Gor'ky and others were born.
Eventually Kazan was shared into two parts - the top city with the Kremlin and the bottom city.
Their border is channel Bullak and some lakes.
Modern Kazan the same is very beautiful. Has many shops, trade and the interesting centres.

In city there is a mooring on which each people of day go and enjoy a river.
The tatar area - very rich wood. If to leave city, it is possible to observe beautiful natural landscapes.
At the end of summer wood is rich berries and mushrooms.
As here it is possible to have a lot of entertainment at catching a fish on the river.
It is possible,if you visit Russia if you will enter Kazan, you will be pleased and will see All it.

This is the last email I received, after I challenged her about being on the same website under another name. She claimed someone had "stolen" her identity to steal money off others.

This email was received March 31 when she claimed she would return part of the money to me. Of course "she" has not.
